This year the EBYFC will be certifying athletes using National Sports ID. Please take a few minutes to get your child certified on National Sports ID. Just click the link and follow the prompts to create an account, add your child and complete the 3-step process to get him/her verified.

You will need the following items for your child to get verified, you MUST have all the documents ready to upload before you begin this process. Do NOT begin this process until you have all of the following documents.
Once you sign up with your specific Team Link above, National Sports ID will ask you to upload the following information to certify your athlete:
No, please use the NSID website directly to submit all materials. We do not need a physical copy of your athlete’s birth certificate or their Passport. Everything is to be completed and verified via the NSID website this season.

Although not required to use this template, we have a simple medical form template for your Physician to fill out on our Registration page. Everything is to be completed and verified in via the NSID website this season.
Please ensure you’ve joined the East County team in NSID for your registered level. This was a common issue which other parents experienced during equipment day and should be an easy fix if you are already registered. If you still feel there’s a mistake and you’re verified, please contact the head coach or team mom for your team.

Unfortunately, no. Please contact your athlete’s regular Physician directly. Lion’s Day was the only day planned to offer an onsite Physician for same-day physicals.
